Title: Creative Content Creator (Photographer/Designer)

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Content Creator to join our newly established record label/ funfair Records. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our artists and the overall brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a young and talented individual who is enthusiastic about music, design, and photography.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Photography:

Capture high-quality images of artists, events, and promotional material.
Develop a distinctive visual style that aligns with the label’s brand and the unique identity of each artist.
Collaborate with artists and the marketing team to plan and execute engaging photoshoots.

Graphic Design:

Design eye-catching and cohesive visuals for promotional materials, social media, and merchandise.
Create graphics that resonate with the target audience while maintaining a consistent brand image.

Social Media Management:

Generate visual content for various social media platforms to enhance engagement and promote the label and its artists.
Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content calendars.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with artists to understand their vision and translate it into visually appealing content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual presence of the label.

Content Editing

Edit and enhance photos and graphics to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Ensure that all visual content meets quality standards and aligns with the label’s creative vision.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in photography and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
