“Music is pure magic, I embrace making mistakes and love learning from them! I enjoy the element of surprise! I’m led by my intuition when I’m connecting with my creative side. Of course, we all need to know the basics of sound production and have a working knowledge of an instrument, but beyond that, we’re free to discover and create our own unique style. Simply having a go is the best way to learn; mistakes are an intrinsic part of the artistic process! Being dedicated is important, so keep working hard on your piece until you’re really happy with the end result. Staying mentally focused until the very end can be tough, but ultimately very rewarding.
You’ll love the sense of freedom that you’ll gain once it’s all done and you can turn your attention to other things. You’ll soon be planning your next creative venture, so remember to pause and enjoy the moment! Be aware of the music that you love, while always being open to listening to all types of music that you come across, be inspired by other artists, be curious and ask qualified professionals your most pressing questions, compare and contrast all these experiences that you’re processing, search out new techniques and enrich your thriving creative spirit!”
