– PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

While using Mix Innovator, you must follow these rules:

  1. Only use the site for its intended purpose
  2. Do not collect data from the site without permission
  3. Do not use the site for unauthorized purposes, such as sending spam or creating fake accounts
  4. Do not try to trick or harm other users or the site
  5. Do not use automated systems on the site
  6. Do not disrupt or burden the site or its networks
  7. Do not pretend to be someone else or sell your profile
  8. Do not use information from the site to harm others
  9. Do not use the site for commercial purposes
  10. Do not attempt to change the site’s software
  11. Do not try to bypass site restrictions
  12. Do not harass site employees

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect for the duration of your usage of the Site. – MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We retain the authority to modify or remove Site content without prior notice, and we are not obliged to provide updates. Occasional interruptions or errors may occur on the Site, and we may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or damages caused by Site downtime. Additionally, we are not obligated to offer support or supply updates for the Site.

Job Board

  • $69.99 Plan:
    • For $69.99 per month (one time payment), we provide the benefit of unlimited job postings for a month.
    • Alongside unlimited job postings, you also enjoy features such as unlimited revisions and priority support.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact us.

Mentoring Service

  • Service Fee:
    • Mix Innovator charges a 15% fee on all mentoring services provided through our platform. This fee is deducted from the mentor’s earnings.
  • Attendance Policy:
    • If a mentee fails to attend a scheduled session (including being 15 minutes or more late), they are not eligible for a refund.
    • If a mentor is 15 minutes or more late to a scheduled session, the mentee is eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues:
    • If a session is delayed more than 15 minutes due to the mentor’s audio/camera issues, the mentee is eligible for a 80% refund. In this case, the mentor will receive only 50% of their commission after the 15% service fee is deducted.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds for missed sessions will be processed according to the attendance policy stated above.
    • Partial refunds may be considered for sessions that are interrupted due to technical issues on Mix Innovator’s part.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Mix Innovator reserves the right to monitor mentoring sessions for quality control purposes.
    • Mentors and mentees are expected to maintain professional conduct during all interactions.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • Any materials or content shared during mentoring sessions remain the property of their respective owners.
    • Mentees are prohibited from recording sessions or sharing mentor-provided materials without explicit permission.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes between mentors and mentees will be mediated by Mix Innovator’s support team.
    • Mix Innovator reserves the right to make final decisions on any conflicts or refund requests.

Courses

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • All payments are final and nonrefundable.
