The Role
As a Program Manager within our Commercial business, you will serve as the operational backbone for Palantir’s forward-deployed engineering teams. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and others to streamline the product implementation process for our customers. In this Palantir role, you’ll be responsible for the operational success of your team, aligning strategy with execution, cultivating strong client relationships, identifying risks others may miss, and bridging gaps to ensure effective team operations. This position demands a unique blend of project and team management, customer relationship management, and a knack for problem-solving, vital qualities for anyone exploring jobs at Palantir.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first responder when issues arise, whether inside or outside your expertise. Work both collaboratively and independently to move toward solutions, effectively utilizing team resources.

- Own and manage aspects of Palantir operations that are key to your team’s success, from individual processes to entire work streams.

- Maintain a comprehensive view of everything related to your team, preemptively resolving issues before they derail projects.
- Foster collaboration across teams, including product, finance, legal, and sales, ensuring alignment on shared objectives during deployments. This cross-functional coordination is essential for successful outcomes in Palantir technologies jobs.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $93,000 – $160,000/year. Compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units, a sign-on bonus, and other incentives, varying based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. These estimates do not account for the potential value of benefits and long-term incentives.
