We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic company. This position is crucial for anyone looking to further their anduril careers, as it plays a pivotal role in keeping the train on the tracks. Your responsibilities will be both internal and external, requiring a high degree of attention to detail. You will interface with both internal Anduril leaders and employees and serve as a critical point of contact for customers, vendors, and external executives. Your ability to keep things running smoothly and deconflict requests makes you an important part of the team’s success, especially in such high-stakes defense tech jobs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage daily calendars for 3 growth team members, an essential task in any career at Anduril.
- Respond to internal and external meeting requests, a critical function in jobs at Anduril.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage expenses, helping maintain financial accuracy in defense tech jobs.
- Act as the point of contact for external guests, representing the company professionally.
- Plan and host external meetings, contributing to the success of teaching jobs in defense department activities and more.
- Help plan company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities or special projects, enhancing the Anduril work environment.
- Participate in the administrative team, providing backup to other assistants and contributing to common administrative duties, an important aspect of jobs in defense.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment is preferred, making this an excellent step in your anduril careers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An approachable style and ability to effectively and professionally interface with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates both internal and external.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple people and priorities, while delivering high-quality results and follow-through—key traits for anyone seeking jobs at Anduril.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a desire to understand company goals, a valuable quality in defense tech jobs.
- Ability to handle constant change, an important skill for anyone in teaching jobs in defense department roles.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Proficient in scheduling meetings in multiple time zones.
- Experience planning and booking international travel.
- Handling executives’ monthly expense reports.
- Recording and submitting executives’ lobbying hours quarterly.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- DoD experience OR Tech Start-Up Experience preferred, valuable experience for a successful career at Anduril.
US Salary Range
$70,000 – $105,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
