THE ROLE
Eventbrite is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Design Program Manager to be an integral part of our Design Team. This role offers an exciting chance to shape the future of Eventbrite’s Design Team and the innovative products we develop. As the Design Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead multiple workstreams. You’ll lead collaborative efforts to improve work management practices, instill effective team practices, and ensure quality design work is delivered in alignment with strategic initiatives. - Champion DesignOps Excellence: You will continuously refine operational best practices, strengthen feedback and learning loops, lead the implementation of our long-term DesignOps strategy, and drive consistency across our embedded design operations practices.
- A Trusted Partner: You will be a trusted partner to the Design Team, including Design and Product Leadership, acting as an advisor and as their design operations point of contact. THE SKILLSET
- A minimum of 5-7 years of program management experience, or similar, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proven history of fostering operational excellence and scaling effective processes, particularly in roles like Design Program Manager.
- An in-depth understanding of the design process, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in working with diverse cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering.
- Experience working in Figma workflows to collaborate and track work with design teams.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
