Once a mentee books a session, you’ll receive an email notification with the session details and a Zoom link. The mentee receives a similar email. All you need to do is join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time.

The time commitment is entirely up to you. You can offer as many or as few sessions as you like, and you control your availability. Some mentors offer weekly sessions, while others might only be available monthly. It’s flexible and designed to fit around your schedule.

We’re looking for Creative Technologists with professional experience in the field. More important than specific qualifications are your expertise, passion for the industry, and willingness to share knowledge.

Yes! You can offer various session types (e.g., portfolio review, career advice, technical skills) and set different durations and prices for each. This allows you to tailor your offerings to your strengths and mentee needs.

To attract mentees, make sure your profile clearly outlines your areas of expertise, experience, and what mentees can expect from your sessions. You can also offer an introductory rate or a free short session to help mentees get to know you.

There’s no minimum or maximum. You can offer as many or as few sessions as you’re comfortable with. We encourage mentors to find a balance that allows them to provide quality mentorship without overcommitting.

Payments are handled through our platform. Mentees pay when they book a session. After the session is completed, mentors receive their earnings minus our platform fee. The company retains 15% of the session fee as a service charge. For example, if you charge $100 for a session, you’ll receive $85, and the company will retain $15.

We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. Here are the key points to remember:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through your mentor dashboard.
• For cancellations made by mentees less than 24 hours before the session, only 50% of the session fee is refundable.
• If a mentee is more than 10 minutes late to a session, they will be charged a 10% late fee. This is in addition to the regular 15% platform fee.
• We ask that you communicate directly with your mentee if you need to make any changes to avoid misunderstandings and maintain a positive mentoring relationship.

Remember, consistently canceling or rescheduling sessions may affect your reputation on the platform. We encourage maintaining a reliable schedule to ensure the best experience for both mentors and mentees.
